Rubem Farias could best be described as a one man center for Brazilian music. Equally attentive to melody and rhythm, it’s a carnivalesque fusion that at once has all the sophistication of jazz and all the force of rock. Rubem is one of the greatest gifts Brazil has given Sweden: one of their best bassists, having played with countless of the greats.
